You will have a comprehensive understanding of “The Skillful Manager” solutions and will be equipped with the information and abilities necessary to train and mentor others effectively using these programs, you should be able to effectively promote and sell “The Skillful Manager” solutions, establish and attain performance objectives, design and execute custom mentoring programs, and document your interventions to create a knowledge base.

Overall, this program provides you with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively use and promote “The Skillful Manager” solutions, as well as build a profitable practice around these solutions. The program covers a range of topics from coaching and mentoring to marketing and sales, goal setting and program development, and documentation and data analysis.  At the end of the program, the participant will have 30 days to present a business case and will be mentored during a 90 day period to develop a successful implementation knowledge, tools and skills which are the core of “The Skillful Manager”.  Once successfully completed, the participant will attain the level of “The Skillful Manager” Certified Mentor and will be assigned an exclusive territory to develop his/her practice.
